If You Had a Facebook Stock, It’d Look Like This.
In a couple of months, this is what people from all over the world will be fighting to get hands on, or get rid of depending on your confidence in Facebook’s business model. The image of a Facebook stock certificate was included in the amended S-1 Facebook filed with the SEC.
At first glance, the designs in the certificate’s margins appear similar to the insignia found within the Facebook hoodie Mark Zuckerberg has worn. That’s just a coincidence though, as you can see Apple’s certificate has similar margins.
If you find yourself intrigued, One Share has pictures of hundreds of popular stock certificates, including those of many tech companies. One can not but imagine how many Nigerians or Africans will be buying of the $5Billion Facebook IPO.
